How to do a push up 

 First, you stand up straight. So you stand up, and then you lower your knees. You put your palms facing the ground and your legs like a plank at the back of your body. Now that you know the position that you have to be in when you perform a push up, I will tell you what you have to do when you are in this position. You have to bend your elbows down and do the same thing up. So, bend down and bend up your elbows. The good thing about this simple exercise is that it's SO SIMPLE! That's why I call it LEGENDARY and epic. Just because it's SIMPLE. But just don't make the mistake that all the beginners make. DON'T PUSH YOUR BOTTOM UP!
